Terms of Sale
The Customer can only purchase the products, as per the electronic catalog present on the caldaiemurali.it website, existing at the time the order is sent. The Customer declares to be aware that the wording "available" of the displayed product is merely indicative. In fact, it may happen that, in conjunction with multiple purchases by multiple users, the selected product is not actually available. It follows that DecidiPRIZE srl reserves the right, once the order has been received, to verify the effective availability of any goods ordered and, failing that, promptly notify the non-acceptance of the order sent for the aforementioned reasons and make a refund total of the missing product.. Decidi prezzo srl confirms the correct receipt of the order by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer, in which all the data relating to the order placed will be indicated. The Customer undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections. Having verified the effective availability of the goods as well as the accuracy of the customer data, Decidiprice srl will send the definitive acceptance of the contract by e-mail, which only from this moment on must be considered concluded and stipulated between the parties for all legal purposes. By placing an order on the caldaiemurali.it website, the Customer declares to have read the conditions of sale and the payment methods proposed, as well as the entire purchase procedure and also declares to accept them without any reservations and to have received exhaustive information to about. It is recommended to keep the e-mails sent from caldaiemurali.it. The sales contract between the customer and Decidiprezzo srl is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes that may derive from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the forum of his municipality of residence or domicile; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Milan. In the event of a clear price error of an item, if necessary there will be a non-acceptance of the order and the consequent refund.
All products (appliances) once installed cannot be returned. Should there be malfunctions, the customer must contact the competent assistance center in his area. All the products we sell are covered by a regular Italian guarantee valid for 24 months.
Terms and conditions
These General Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on the Caldaiemurali.it website. The products marketed on the Website are sold by Decidiprezzo srl, with registered office in Via Carlo Farini, 48 20159 Milan, registered in the MILAN- MONZA-BRIANZA, at no. 1028035, VAT number 14761371005, telephone 02.40701624, e-mail assistenza@caldaiemurali.it. The sales prices are expressed in euros including VAT and do not include shipping costs. The same are always charged to the customer. The offer and sale of products on the Website comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (so-called Consumer Code), and subsequent amendments, as well as those provided for by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70.
Shipping Times
The order is processed According to the chosen payment method, for payments by CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, CASH ON DELIVERY the order is taken over the same day.
Orders placed before 2.00 pm will be managed on the same day. The BRT or GLS courier will collect the ordered goods from our warehouses the following morning. Subsequently, the courier assigns the shipment number (tracking number) and communicates the same to the customer via e-mail, allowing him to follow the delivery status and estimated times in real time on the brt.it or gls-grop.com website. In 24-72 the courier will deliver the goods (excluding islands and disadvantaged areas) to the address indicated by the customer at the time of order confirmation. Transport costs are charged to the Customer and are calculated taking into account the volume and/or weight of the ordered item(s). The delivery times of the products, however, vary in consideration of the requested article, the payment methods and the delivery methods chosen by the Customer, which is why the times indicated are merely indicative and cannot be considered binding for Decidiprezzo srl.
Orders placed online are delivered throughout the Italian territory, with the exception of Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino. In some periods of the year (summer / Christmas period) the delivery times could be of the modifications compared to the standard ones declared above.
NB: In the periods of July and August due to the high amount of orders, delivery times could be delayed.
Payment methods
- Cash on delivery. Cash on delivery (cash on delivery) allows you to pay the product to the courier upon delivery. This payment method provides for a commission of 5%. For amounts exceeding € 4999.00 a 10% deposit is required. For cash payments, to make delivery faster and more efficient, we recommend preparing the exact amount to be delivered to the courier, as they often do not have cash and therefore cannot give change.
- PayPal* and credit cards. By choosing PayPal as a payment method, the user will be redirected in complete safety to the PayPal secure server, where he can pay with the main authorized credit cards (e.g. VISA, MASTERCARD), or with POSTEPAY or other prepaid rechargeable cards enabled.
*NB: By choosing this payment method, it is essential that the shipping address registered in the site account is the same as that of the PayPal account, otherwise the order will be canceled and payment refused.
*NB: a 2.5% surcharge is applied.

Delivery methods
Deliveries of air conditioners, boilers and stoves are made with vehicles equipped with tail lifts. If access to the street address is not possible with a vehicle of this type, the feasibility of the delivery must be requested before ordering (in special cases, delivery could involve the payment of a supplement to be agreed). Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00 at street level.
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.
In the event of tampering and/or breakage, the Customer must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by adding the wording "RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING" on the signed copy of the delivery document to be returned to the courier or other operator who delivered the goods. In any case, the Customer must promptly communicate any tampering or breakage of the packaging by e-mail postvendita@caldaiemurali.it. For each delivery order, the Customer is required to specify at least one telephone number to allow the express courier to contact him in the event of delivery difficulties; if the delivery is not successful for reasons not attributable to Decidiprezzo srl or BRT, for more than 4 consecutive days, the order will be considered canceled and the Customer will be charged for the storage costs as quantified by the express courier.

For "Company" or "Individual company/Professional", to receive the invoice, simply fill in the appropriate fields on the registration form. The tax documentation will be sent by e-mail
Transportation Insurance
Pursuant to art. 63 of the Consumer Code, the risk of loss and damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, is transferred to the consumer when the latter, or a third party designated by him and other than the carrier, physically comes into possession of goods. However, the risk is transferred to the consumer as soon as the goods are delivered to the carrier. The Customer who at the time of purchase has decided to make use of the extra insurance service for the transport of the purchased goods, in the event that he finds anomalies at the time of delivery (packaging damaged or otherwise altered in the closing seals, damaged product or scratched, missing one or more packages ordered), must accept the product by writing on the document provided by the carrier: "WE ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" + description of the anomaly found. In fact, to enforce the insurance coverage it is not sufficient to note "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE" or "ACCEPTED WITH SUBJECT TO INSPECTION", BUT the reason for the reservation must be explained in detail. If the package or product should show visible damage, scratches or any other type of anomaly and the courier should refuse to affix a specific reservation, the goods must be refused and the incident reported immediately (and in any case in a timely manner) to the Customer Service of Decidiprice srl. In any case, without prejudice to the seller's obligations in terms of legal guarantee pursuant to articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Decidiprice srl will not be held responsible for any anomalies found in the state of the product, after delivery, if the Customer, in the presence of an anomaly, has accepted the package without making a specific reservation (in the corrected above). Any damage or anomalies must be reported to Customer Service by e-mail to
postvendita@caldaiemurali.it. The request must be forwarded no later than 8 calendar days from receipt of the goods. Any notification beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration.
Right of withdrawal
Decidiprezzo srl recognizes the right of withdrawal which, exceptionally, also extends to professionals, following the discipline set out in art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. The product must be returned intact and complete with the original packaging. The Customer who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal is required to notify it within 30 calendar days starting from the date on which he enters physical possession of the goods. He can do this by sending an email to postvendita@caldaiemurali.it. In the event that the consumer chooses the latter option, he will be sent confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal form by email. In any case, Decidiprezzo srl will provide the Customer who has expressed the intention to withdraw, the exact address to which to send the product. For the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, we specify that:
you are solely responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. The product must in any case be kept, handled and inspected with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all its parts, fully functional, accompanied by all accessories and leaflets, with identification tags, labels and disposable seal, where present , still attached to the product and intact and not tampered with, as well as perfectly suitable for the use for which it is intended and free from signs of wear or dirt. You can exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to the product in its entirety and not for its parts and/or accessories. In the event that the serial code of the same is inserted on the packaging of the product, as for example, for electronic products, it constitutes part of the product and, consequently, the product must be returned in the original packaging, which will in turn be placed in a further package, since it is not possible to affix any other label or tape on the original package;
the direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer. Decidiprezzo srl reserves the right to check the returned goods to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
The refund concerns the sums paid for the price of the product, and will be made no later than 14 days from the communication by the Customer to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund amount will be communicated to the user via e-mail. In any case, the refunds will be made by Decidiprezzo srl with one of the following methods: bank transfer if the customer paid by bank transfer and/or cash on delivery; credit card if the Customer paid by credit card;
Paypal if the Customer paid with Paypal.
NB. It is not possible to request the withdrawal for products that have already been installed.
