Ferroli ha orientato la progettazione della cella di combustione e dello scambiatore di Bluehelix TECH RRT in modo da massimizzarne i vantaggi funzionali e la robustezza costruttiva, oltre alla semplicità di manutenzione: il design monocircuito fa si che le eventuali bolle d’aria dell’impianto non restino intrappolate nello scambiatore, e ne agevola al massimo la pulizia con il lavaggio chimico, a differenza dagli scambiatori a spirale con doppio circuito parallelo nei quali se uno solo dei circuiti si ottura il lavaggio chimico risulta molto più laborioso.

Il tubo che costituisce lo scambiatore di BLUEHELIX TECH RRT è realizzato in acciaio inossidabile AISI 304, un materiale che permette di realizzare una superficie estremamente liscia, quindi meno aggredibile da agenti incrostanti e depositi.
Silenziosità al TOP La nuova progettazione per il comfort
La progettazione particolarmente curata di BLUEHELIX TECH RRT ha consentito di raggiungere valori significativi in termini di silenziosità e comfort acustico, tanto che si potrebbe quasi far fatica a distinguere il rumore di fondo di una abitazione dalla rumorosità prodotta dalla caldaia durante il funzionamento a regime. Anche i transitori di accensione/spegnimento della caldaia sono stati ottimizzati in funzione del comfort acustico, cosicché al cliente non toccherà più il fastidio di capire se la caldaia è accesa o spenta dalla sua rumorosità come sulle vecchie generazioni di caldaie. La progettazione ha curato anche il design, realizzando un mantello prezioso in 3 pezzi smontabili, che scende a coprire gli attacchi delle tubazioni.
Il controllo in remoto Ambiente e climatico
BLUEHELIX TECH RRT è abbinabile ad un’ampia gamma di cronocomandi remoti che permettono la regolazione e la conduzione dell’apparecchio a distanza. La serie ROMEO è composta da più modelli, con programmazione del comfort settimanale o giornaliero e con la possibilità di scegliere per entrambi tra il collegamento a fili o di tipo wireless
Con il collegamento alla sonda esterna, BLUEHELIX TECH RRT è in grado di variare la temperatura di impianto in funzione della temperatura esterna misurata sulla base di curve climatiche configurabili, garantendo all’utente un maggior comfort al variare delle condizioni climatiche esterne. Questa funzionalità è interna alla scheda elettronica della caldaia e pertanto non richiede la presenza del comando remoto, rendendo più semplici le operazioni di configurazione nel caso di sostituzione.
La funzione modulante di ROMEO consente una modulazione della potenza della caldaia man mano che si raggiunge il valore della temperatura ambiente impostato. Ciò migliora la qualità del comfort eliminando i picchi di calore con un conseguente risparmio energetico

Al momento della prima manutenzione, il tecnico si può rendere conto della cura con cui è stato progettato ogni dettaglio per agevolare il suo lavoro. Grazie alla massima accessibilità dei principali componenti, il gruppo termico “Thermobalance”tm permette di eseguire la manutenzione con massima precisione e velocità.
Alcuni esempi:
- L’accessibilità interna è favorita dal mantello in 3 pezzi con i fianchetti smontabili.
- La scatola elettrica della scheda elettronica può essere facilmente estratta dallo chassis e agganciata lateralmente lasciando libero accesso alle parti interne
- Il ventilatore disassato dal bruciatore e posto sotto, non deve essere smontato per accedere al gruppo bruciatore-scambiatore in acciaio

- Il bruciatore si smonta allentando soli 3 bulloni lasciando libero accesso allo scambiatore in acciaio inox.
- Lo scambiatore a passaggi extra-maggiorati è concepito per sfidare le acque più dure ed è facilmente pulibile grazie al circuito a tubo singolo non collettorizzato.
- Il filtro in ingresso dell’acqua sanitaria può essere estratto con estrema facilità direttamente dall’interno senza dover rimuovere gli attacchi idraulici della caldaia.
- L’eventuale smontaggio e la sostituzione dello scambiatore a piastre avviene semplicemente mediante la rimozione di due bulloni a brugola accessibili frontalmente
Sostituzione semplificata Scarico fumo ø 50 mm
La nuova caldaia può essere installata anche con scarichi per intubamento diametro 50mm. Particolarmente importante nel mercato delle sostituzioni nel caso frequente di canne fumarie collettive che necessitano di intubamenti “pesanti” dove è necessario avere una elevata capacità di espulsione fumi anche con diametri ridotti.

Funzione Stop And Go
Con l’utilizzo di rubinetterie sanitarie a miscelazione brevi o brevissime erogazioni per veloci risciacqui comportano l’avvio della procedura di accensione della caldaia che solitamente si conclude immediatamente. Il perdurare di queste «false partenze» può, alla lunga, compromettere la vita media del prodotto. Per questo BLUEHELIX TECH RRT mette a disposizione un parametro dell’elettronica mediante il quale è possibile ritardare l’accensione del bruciatore attivandolo solamente a fronte di reali prelievi di acqua calda sanitaria

Dual Barrier Coating
With the MSZ-AY unit, Mitsubishi Electric introduces another revolutionary technology: Dual Barrier Coating. During operation, the dust and impurities introduced during the air conditioning operations are deposited on the internal components, especially the battery and fan, increasing the machine's consumption by up to 18%. With Dual Barrier Coating the internal components of MSZ-AY are treated with a second protective layer which prevents the deposit of dust and impurities even after long periods of time, reducing consumption and eliminating the need for unit maintenance in relation to this problem.
Silent operation
Environmental comfort is also linked to the sound level and is especially important in bedrooms or studios. The Kirigamine line allows you to guarantee the ideal climate all year round with a sound level that is virtually imperceptible to the human ear. The 18dB(A) achieved by the MSZ-AY model is quieter than the noise generated by leaves rustling in the wind, making the air conditioner effectively inaudible to the occupants of the room. This is why MSZ-AY is particularly suitable for domestic environments such as bedrooms and living areas, where we spend most of our time and carry out our daily activities.

Thanks to the ARISTON CLIMA app, customers will always be able to manage and control the climate, remotely or from home, with a simple touch. MEMORY This function allows you to set and memorize both the temperature and the fan speed (also the sleep function if activated) to ensure greater comfort the next time you turn it on. 2D INVERTER / 3D INVERTER* Double inverter in the outdoor unit to modulate fan speed and compressor frequency.
